Rewriting a PDF can invalidate signatures. Merging may not retain document-level features. Repacking and merging allow 300 pages total; rendering allows 60 pages, 16 megapixels per page, and 150 MB of image data.
Page order is the document order
Every page from the first listed file comes before every page from the next. Move files in the list before merging. This tool combines complete documents; it does not offer page-level selection.
An appendix, cover, and report can become one attachment. Name source files clearly so you can recognize them before processing.
What a merge preserves
The tool copies page contents into a new PDF. Page sizes may differ and are retained. Document-level structures such as bookmarks, form behavior, attachments, and signatures should not be assumed to survive.
Use source documents without digital signatures when possible. A merged document is a new document and does not inherit signature validity from the originals.
Review before distributing
For a two-page cover followed by a three-page report, expect five pages. Check the cover, the transition into the report, page orientation, and the final page. If the result is too large for delivery, retain the originals and consider a suitable sharing method.

Choose 2–20 unencrypted PDFs, up to 50 MB each and 100 MB combined. The combined document may contain at most 300 pages; saved output is limited to 150 MB.
